Products that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at orders@godmodesciences.com within 7 days of receipt.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement.
All products sold by God Mode Sciences are for research purposes only. Returns for adverse reactions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all return requests.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective).
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Products that have been stored improperly or show signs of tampering.

Once your request is approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide detailed return instructions.
Securely package your product in its original packaging (if possible) and clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the box.
Our Error or Damaged/Defective Items: Return shipping costs will be fully covered by God Mode Sciences.
All Other Reasons: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Exchanges will be shipped only after we’ve received your returned item.
Please allow up to 7 business days for return processing.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
